Microsoft had a problem with it task scheduler and the auto reboot wasn't working properly. I got a hotfix for it from Microsoft.

I did a little more testing.
The server name gets placed on a restart of the server but I have my PC to auto reboot at 3 AM - when this happens it doesn't put the server name into gamespy. |
