does anyone still has documentation for nwnx_systemdata2?

I have read that this was the best plugin for files operations.
But now that the vault is gone, I cannot find any trace of it.

I have the dll, but no documentation or source code whatsoever. And no any script examples. Does anyone still have any documentation for this? Would you be so kind as to post it here/pm me?

I have also been searching for nwnx_systemdata2, which led me here. I could use the include posted by Terra_777 but I don't have the dll, would someone be kind enough to post a working link(or perhaps upload the dll if it's not too much hassle)?
