NWNX4 start error

Hi there, I receive this sequence of messages when I start NWNX4_GUI :

12:29:16: * Starting the NWN Server.
12:29:16: * Success: Server initialized properly.
12:29:16: * Hook installed and initialized successfully
12:29:18: * Server process has gone away.
12:29:18: * Waiting 5 seconds before restarting the server.
12:29:23: * Restarting server.
12:29:24: * Success: Server initialized properly.
......
......

Any idea any idea about the causes ?
I use Windows 8 64 bit, I shutdown the firewall and the antivirus and removed the net cable.
