Are you running the profiler plugin? It's incompatible with 1.69. Not sure why that'd only hit conversations, but worth mentioning anyway.

| I had problems with the profiler as well. Module ran like a pig, and everything was OK again when I removed the profiler. I used the version for 1.69, of course. |

I am having problems with the profiler 1.6.1 version as well.
Anychance on it being looked at?
Could this problem be linked to people who had an earlier version of the game?
For example I have the Platinum edition. |

I had the same problem with the profiler not working in 1.69.
Eventually found this thread.
