Well it was GPL2 all the time (as the README pointed out explicitly from start on), since nwnx2 is GPL2 too. Personally, I don't really care one way or the other. I'd just as well put it under Apache-style or BSD, as long as people can reliably build and use it. ;)

Quick note: Fixed a small bug that broke facings/headings inside NWLocation structs.
