acaos' nwnx_weapons for windows

Greetings to all,

I was looking to make scimitar's a Finessable weapon and that one of the few ways in order to do so was to use acaos' nwnx_weapons. However i was told that was for Linux based systems only, and I use Windows. I would greatly appriciate if someone would be ever so kind to port this over to use with windows, or point me in direction as to where i might find something more suited to the task of making Scimitar's Finessable.
