nwnx_ruby with SCORCO

Hi all, I'am new here but I am an entuxiast of nwnx since a long time.
Thanks to nwnx_ruby and to the great people here I could learn a bit of Ruby and C++.
Just for hobby I have modified the ruby plugins, and now I want to share my work.
- Added SCORCO listener
- Added Event listener
- other minor thinks I dont remember
Readme .ini and example scripts included, no mod, no binary, only source.
Sorry for my bad english but is not my mother tongue.

Thanks to virusman, elven and all other here, nothing new I have only done some ctrl+C - ctrl+V from others code, but seems working (for me).
