Would it be possible to create an external (NWNX) function, that allows to send events (OnUserDefined) into the game?
The charm of it would be, that you don't need to poll in heartbeats for things like database results.
An alternative would be an "ExecuteScript()" function. |

I think people have been trying a long time to hook event handlers. If it could be done, it would open up a lot more possibilities, but I don't know of anyone who has done it yet. _________________ ____________________

Without a specific roadmap given to us by Bioware (which I believe they will not do) hooking the event handlers has been an impossible task. The same goes for hooking the execute script queue. No one has yet come close to finding out where these things are hiding. |
