This plugin appears to be a relatively new addition to the NWNx suite, without an iota of apparent documentation:

Can one of the developers provide some information on how one goes about using this plugin?

This plugin registers the server on Skywing's master server to be shown in NWNCX server list for those who can't edit /etc/hosts.
