Oh, I would love to see something like this here...I have been wrestling with set/get persistent..since i am a suckhole of a scripter it is not fun.
I need to save spells and feats on logout so they can be restored on login, hp would be nice as well. I understand that it needs to be done by writing the player as a persistent object but I am not comfortable doing this. |

Here's something to check out, don't know how well it works or if it does things in a more complicated manner than needed. Also find SatchmoGold's post on the bioware script forums--he outlines a system there (again it's not something I consider optimal, but it'll do the job or at least give you a start in writing your own). _________________ Neversummer PW NWNx powered mayhem |

Oh, feats are retained over login/logout, it's just spells, hp and death status that are refreshed by default.
Would someone fill us in on what this Spell Verification stuff is in 1.66? _________________ Neversummer PW NWNx powered mayhem |

Yes, that one (http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Scripts.Detail&id=1528) looks like exactly what you want... it doesn't require the hooks into every spell script like some older tracking systems did since it uses the hotu spellhook, and shouldn't lag your server, as it uses the rest and cliententer events.
