Invalid skill points, confusion and possible nwnx_funcs bug?

Alright so i've come up with something a little weird. We have no ELC at all, it is turned off at the moment while we test and script out our own. But then we get "Cannot log in - Character has invalid amount of skillpoints". It is slightly confusing.

It seems to me that it's PRC that is doing this. OR, the setrace for nwnx_funcs really is messing up characters (It does have a warning next to it that says do not use on PCs but does not elaborate why).
It appears nwnx_funcs returns bad streff numerous times too
Any light to shed would be greatly appreciated.
