Odd LAN Setup with Vaultster Plugin

Hello all, I've been watching these forums for a few months now. everything is nice and cool here. anyway. I have a problem with the vaultster plugin. I tried everything in my power to fix it before asking for help (which spans over 2 months now) Here is my situation.

Scenario:
I am running two worlds, Two Separate Server vaults, Two separate LAN IP Address.. however.. on the SAME DSL Line.

now.. I read all over these board that it is possible to run on a LAN. then I heard on another board you CANNOT run on a LAN. if so.. here is my question and continuation of my scenario.

Scenario (Cont..):

I run two worlds.. Lands of Isandor and another called Continents of Ixan. I am linking these worlds via vaultster. my Server NWNX config for

Isandor is:

[VAULTSTER] // Isandor
port =2650
path =c:\isandor\servervault
startserver =1
key =XX(SameKeyasPassword)
password =XX(SamePasswordasKey)
validateclient =0
count =1
server1 =isandor.servegame.com:650

With the above.. I get

NWNX2 Vaultster version 1.4.4 for Windows.

o Using WinSock 2.2.
o Server started on port 2650.
o Character: c:\isandor\servervault - SweetPrincess2 - daisycastilla
o Receiving file: c:\isandor\servervault\SweetPrincess2\daisycastilla.bic
o Returning: 0

and when I get sent to the other module.. I see no character And it says something about Invalid Character. I need some help .. asap. Thank you !

I'm not clear on your intentions. Why wouldn't you want to use a shared vault for your two worlds then?

Well, the problem with a shared vault.. is.. that I'm getting an error saying
"Server cannot accept your character, access denied or something close"

ELC is off
ILR is off

however.. the shared vault is using a mapped network drive
