A Problem with NWNx2 Restarts

I am new to using NWNx2 and first off, I LOVE IT!

Just for the fact that it will restart my persistant world when I am at work, hee hee! Looks like I have got some homework do to on the available pluggins, eh?

But I have noticed that sometimes when NWN crashes and NWNx2 restarts the server, it does not load the name of the server up. So the server starts without a name, thus leaving an empty server name on Gamespy.

Any ideas?

What normally causes this is a process running. NWServer is very picky in some things and will exhibit tis behavior if you even click on the screen while the server is starting up

If your Virii scanner is running, an FTP client is running, your web server is being accessed, etc etc etc etc this will happen.

Best thing to do is make sure NOTHING is running (including IM clients, etc) that doesn't have to be running. Also avoid doing anything on the server while it is resetting.
