In the linux version, can we use a database provided by the nwnx (SetPersistentInt(object oObject, string sVarName, int iValue, int iExpiration=0, string sTable="pwdata"))? Or is it only from the ODBC plugin, only for windows?

There is an ODBC plug-in, but if you are using mySQL, it is probably easier to use the native.
