I ran into an issue when the server client stops responding on gamspy and the count drops below 1. The watchdog kills the client as wanted, however when it begins to start back up it wont respond to game spy for atleast 1 minute. The count continues into the negitives and continues to end the process and restart over and over

I fixed the problem. Prototype 1.06 should behave better in this case.
