NWNX4 demomod / instructions issues....

Hi all,

I tried installing NWNX4 v1.08 today and thought I'd mention a few issues I encountered.

1) Instructions fail to mention copying over NWNX4_Hook.dll into the nwn2 directory. nwn2server.exe doesn't start without this file in the directory.

2) Instructions fail to mention installation of ODBC driver for MySQL. Not sure if this is really needed, but xp_mysql.ini does not ask for a port number to connect to a database so I assume it is.

3) The MySQL demo module has an error that prevents connection to MySQL database. The file xp_mysql.ini registers the plugin as SQLOff, but the MySQL demo module tries to connect to SQL class which xp_sqlite.ini registers. I was getting an error along the lines of "SQL not a registered class", and had to change xp_mysql.ini to register as SQL. Things seemed to work correctly after that.

Anyway just thought I'd mention these in case they are issues for anyone else.
