NWNX Reset Plugin -- not working on server?

Here's my dilema:

I have NWNX2 on my system, and running a module with the resetplugin. It works perfectly. The 5 minute warning goes out, and then it teleports players to the Inn, then restarts NWServer.exe.

I run into a problem when I upload this same module to the host -- which is running ServerDoc, NWNX, and NWServer. The script runs fine, up through needing to call the reset plugin -- it never resets the NWServer.exe file.

Does anyone know why this might happen or how I can fix it? I really want to be able to use this, due to the fact we don't have the ability to remotely admin the restarting of the server.
