I keep getting the BiCfilefuntions arent working anymore error/crash

Using NWNX4 1.09 on a vista machine

Any clue why it keeps crashing?

Run server as "Admin" (to start...)

I tried everything, it seems even if u just run Bicfilefuntions.exe it crashes

If i run Bicfuntions solo the DOS window says something about OEIshared?

I have the latest patch.

So ill guess since this one was 1.13 kungfoowiz needs to update it to 1.21 to fix it?

This version version stuff is really annoying

not to mention it means this plugin will break on every update
