Letoscript - Prerequisites?

When you use Letoscript to give a feat to a player who does not normally have access to it, can that player still use it?

I originally thought Draconic Armor was giving its AC Bonus to the players who acquired it via Quests.

However, a player said he did not get the AC Bonus, so I created a new character, and to my surprise, I did not get the AC Bonus.


In order to get the AC Bonus, do I actually have to meet the prerequisites, even if its an Automatic Feat?

Diamond Soul provided its Spell Resistance dispite not being a Monk.

Anyone else have any insight to this?

Draconic Armor depends on RDD levels to grant its AC bonus, so you must have RDD levels to use it.

I believe the base 2 AC from the Pale Master Bone Skin does not depend on Pale Master levels, however.
