A question about attacks/round

Is there a function for altering the attack/round that a character has?

I am also curious if there is a list of functions specific to letoscripting, so that I may know it's capabilities before having to inconvenience people with my ignorance =/

You can use EffectModifyAttacks on players. I don't know of any other way to change it.

There's a set base attack function that does work on players though the script function notes say that it doesn't.
