Starting the nwserver GUI minimized

Any suggestions for how to start the nwserver GUI minimized? I have NWNX2 minimized and when I manually minimize the nwserver GUI, memory resources drop dramatically.

The drop in memory usage is explained in the following article:

Unless you are really short on memory, I would not recommend minimizing the server window, since doing so will results in lots of pagefaults afterwards, which in turn hurts performance.
