I think I have nwnx2 running.. but what am I supposed to do now?

I dont understand what to do next? Is there an include file for the nwscripts?
where do I start? Any tutorials?

Inside the nwn folder of the source for linnwnx2, you'll find a aps2.erf file, that should contain the relevant includes to preform most of the basic database storage, you'll need to setup the username, password and database to use in the nwnx2.ini file, and create a pwdata table (the demonstration module can do that for you if you run it and then click on the signpost).
