Site upgrade

As part of my ongoing efforts to keep the site nwnx.org alive, I have done some modifications to the site today.

• First, as required by the GDPDR regulation, there is a new privacy statement that explains how the this site collects personal information.
  
• Second, I have configured the webserver to use a SSL certificate and to default to HTTPS. Granted, this was overdue by a couple of years .
  
• Third, the server itself got an upgrade to a maintained version of the Debian operating system.
  
• Last, the obsolete "news" section was removed.
