Just wanted to let you all know I'm testing nwnx2 linux against sqlite. So far so good. Unfortunately I had to write it against the non-plugin version of NWNX2 since thats what I'm use to but at least now I know it can be done. Some of the SQL is definitely different from MYSQL and others but it does uses SQL92 standard. Anyone out there planning/working on a plugin version of sqlite connectivity for Linux yet? Most of the Win32 version api functions were usuable with no changes.

Hey, Tenkawa! Glad to see you back on the scene!
Since you are, is there any chance you could be persuaded to work on converting the ODBC2 plugin to Linux? There's a bunch of us who desperately want to be able to store object data in our databases...

And if you do start dealing with object storage via the RCO/SCO hooks, any chance you could speak to Dragonsong about adding that functionallity to the nwnx_letoscript.dll bridge? Hes a Delphi programmer, but not a C++ one so cant (or rather it would take too long) do it alone, and it would really help the Letoscript using community (including the PRC) |

Maybe I'm just confused, but what does a Windows .dll file have to do with Linux development?
I've only seen Tenkawa dealing with the Linux side of NWNX, though I hope he'll correct me if I'm wrong on that.
