nwnx_odbc: Looking for old modified source

For quite some time, we've used a version of the nwnx_odbc plugin that supports the GETHASH feature, which gets an MD5 hash of the last object set using StoreCampaignObject(). The source code for this version doesn't actually seem to be released, though. Does anyone have the code with this change (and any other changes I might be overlooking)?

This was an Avlis specific version and never officially released. The source code is available on request, of course.
