I have asked on BW forums and have searched and have not found anything saying this is posible...so i thought to ask here.

Is there a way thru NWNx to be able to use color codes in the journal?

You don't need NWNX to use color codes in the journal. Just set some custom tokens to be the color codes you want to use, then use <CUSTOM1234> or whatever in the journal entries.
