Is this confirmed to be working for SCO and RCO?
I have been waiting for this one. _________________ Jim (aka, Urlord)

I have been waiting for this one. | At least, it works on my testing VM and I've seen no complaints since the release. |

Sweet - does it keep the object's local variables intact? If so, can you briefly describe how it dies that when the NWN2 SCO/RCO functions are broken?
Thanks a bunch!!! _________________ Jim (aka, Urlord)

Thanks a bunch!!! | I haven't checked this. If NWN2 SCO/RCO don't save localvars, this plugin also doesn't. |

I am new to MySQL and want to make sure where to put the files that you have in this patch to test. I understand where the NWNX4 files go, however in the MySQL folder, thats where things dont match.
D:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0 is the base path. I also notice there is a Memory manager in it as well with the same dates as the NWN2 Installation directory. Is this replacing them? |

Files in /lib and /src folders are the sources for the plugin, you probably won't need them. Just copy xp_mysql.dll to the NWNX4 folder. |

I don't know if I'm doing something incorrectly but it doesn't seem that the plugin is storing anything in the MySQL DB. Everything else works fine with SQL with the new plugin, but when attempting to store an object nothing appears in the table.
When I renamed the table I got SQL errors so it is trying to write to it, it just isn't. |

MadCHook isn't available for free anymore.
There were several issues when virus scanners mistakenly considered MadCHook a malicious software.
MadCHook requires its DLL to be present in the same folder as the main application.
MadCHook is not compatible with 64-bit systems
MadCHook doesn't work on Wine.
Detours library solves all these issues.
And no, Detours is embedded in the plugin DLL. |
