Exposure to .NET for plug-ins

While I can read and build-on the C++ code provided for NWNX4, I'm lost when it comes to the internals, I know what's going on, and how it works... then...

I stumbled upon this little utility ObjectSpy which seems to behave much like NWNX4 in that it Injects a DLL into the main application, then does it's thing.
It's C# code (so .NET) although the Injector is unmanaged.

I'm wondering if the Injector bit, couldn't be merged into the NWNX4 injector (somehow) which would in turn allow for .NET written plug-ins.

Maybe someone can can get it to work.
