Use of NWNX.ini file

I was just wondering what the thought was on allowing other plugins to put config info in this file. I would like to put the config information for the deletechar plugin I did into this file so there really only needs to be one config file, and not 1 per plugin that needs config info.

If this is ok then I would like to suggest having a [GENERAL] section for things that could be common to multiple plugins for example the full path to the server vault directory.

Call that section [NWNX] and you'll see, it's already in there.
