Custom spell casting class

Hello there,I want to know is this possible to popup a spell table to select spell or add spell like NWN2 for a custom prestige class ?
I know there is a solution to select new spell like PRC,but it's not perfect, so is there a better solution? nwnx plugin is also ok for me.
